About the Job
We're looking for a caring, hands-on BCBA to join our growing team! At We Achieve ABA, we support kids with autism and their families through personalized, in-person therapy — and we'd love for you to be part of that.
What You'll Do:
- Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise and support our awesome RBTs in person.
- Work closely with families, offering training and guidance.
- Track progress through assessments and data.
- Keep documentation simple, timely, and accurate.
What You'll Bring:
- Active BCBA certification (NC licensure required or in progress).
- A passion for helping kids and families grow.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Comfortable working on-site (home, clinic, or community settings).
