We’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote position. We’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote position. This role is perfect for someone who loves working independently but also enjoys collaborating with a supportive team to help families and clients thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Supervise and support RBTs to ensure behavior plans are being implemented correctly.
- Work closely with families to help them carry out strategies at home, school, and in the community.
- Track and analyze data to ensure interventions are making an impact and adjust as needed.
- Provide guidance and training to families on effective behavior management techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA certification.
- North Carolina LBA certification.
- Experience with ABA therapy, assessments, and working with families.
- Strong communication skills, organization, and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
