We Achieve is looking for a passionate, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing remote team! If you love empowering families, mentoring RBTs, and creating meaningful treatment plans that actually change lives — we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Providing remote clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
  • Designing and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and our clinical team.
  • Completing timely documentation and reauthorizations.

What We're Looking For:
  • Active BCBA certification (required).
  • Eligible to provide services in North Carolina.
  • Experience with DTT, NET, and naturalistic teaching strategies.
  • A warm, collaborative spirit and a genuine love for this work.
  • Strong communication skills — you'll be a remote team player!
