Overview:

In this role, you will work closely with children and their families, using evidence-based behavioral strategies to support growth, independence, and overall success. If you are detail-oriented, empathetic, and driven to help others, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Behavior Technician, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality, individualized care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by a licensed professional.
- Supporting clients during assessments and contributing to individualized treatment strategies.
- Accurately collecting and recording data on client progress and responses to therapy.
- Maintaining timely and compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and consistent care.
- Assisting with client evaluations and participating in treatment planning.
- Providing guidance and support to families to help carry over strategies in the home environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in behavioral therapy or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology, assessments, and clinical documentation.
- Knowledge of HIPAA standards and a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
