Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We Achieve ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Greensboro, NC to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with individuals with developmental disabilities and delivering high-quality behavioral analysis services.
In this role, you will manage the creation and execution of personalized treatment plans for children with ASD, provide supervision and mentorship to fellow ABA clinicians, and collaborate closely with families to ensure each child’s success. This position offers significant room for professional development and career advancement within our organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children in home-based and telehealth settings.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with a 50% remote and 50% in-home split.
- Conduct remote supervision through a high-quality video platform.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to BTs/RBTs.
- Lead assessments, reassessments, and treatment planning sessions.
- Monitor client progress, update goals, and communicate adjustments to team members and families.
- Partner with families to build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support.
What You Have:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification per North Carolina state requirements.

- Clear professional communication skills and tech-fluency with computers and tablets.
- Willingness to travel (25% required).
